3D Spaces Brain Storm

In this project, I would like to explore the visual iconography of medical instruments and how they have become symbols of fear. I feel this is somewhat of a societal disservice leading people to become more hesitant and less engaged when facing medical decisions. The placement of medical instruments has become so bad that guns instruments of war have a weaker association with fear than syringes in the Us. Not to say that medicine doesn’t have a darker side, but instead to confront that hospitals are not places that create death but life.

My current plan for this project is to create a three-room gallery. Room one will be called fear and consist of horror trope usage of medical instruments that I 3D model. The second room will be real fear featuring video images of live operations. The third room will consist of videos of reactions to positive surgery reactions.
